I installed Trusted Security to block bot and country traffic (especially from China and Hong Kong) that was inflating my analytics. Despite every setting being enabled, the app never actually blocked access. I confirmed my theme supports Shopify 2.0 app embeds, toggles were active, and the rules were set to “Block,” but visitors from restricted countries could still access my store freely. Used VPN to confirm. If your goal is genuine bot or country blocking, this app doesn’t deliver. I eventually uninstalled.

Hi, Vik here. Sorry for the inconvenience. Would you mind installing our app back again ? I could set it up manually for you and make sure that China is blocked. It might be that something is missed. We tested from our end and country blocking works perfectly!
