This app has been a gamechanger for our store. One of the biggest pain points we had was customers emailing us to fix small order mistakes such as wrong variant, wrong address, or wanting to add an extra item after checkout. With SelfServe, all of that is now handled automatically without my support team needing to step in. The order editing portal on the order status page is super intuitive and easy for customers to use. I also love the address validation feature since it helps prevent shipping errors (something that used to cost us both money and time). The configurable windows are a great touch, we can give customers a set time frame to make changes without disrupting our fulfillment process. Plus, the upsell option is clever: customers often add another item when they’re fixing their orders, which has definitely helped increase our AOV. When I needed support, the team had a dedicated group to handle my issue and resolved it very quickly. That gave me extra confidence in using the app long-term. Setup was straightforward, and it integrates smoothly with Shopify. Overall, this app has reduced support tickets, improved customer satisfaction, and added extra sales. Highly recommended!
