The app was often extremely slow to open. I had to open it before serving customers or refilling products that were sold by weight, otherwise people had to wait a long time. Many customers stood around while the app tried to load. I do not recommend it. To be fair it works if you have time to wait for the app to open..

this app is very slow and frustrating when trying to serve at the counter.
Thank you for your review. The app should definitely load within 1-2 seconds. The loading time for the app depends on the quality of the WiFi connection. Additionally we had the experience that older iPad models usually can cause a long waiting time too. Feel free to contact us at [email protected] if you have further questions or if your device is new and the wifi quality is good. We'll look into that issue immediately then.
