Got scammed into this by a csrt.com sign up. There is no real csrt.com. and when you sign up you end up with datafeedwstch, amerricommerce, sellerscruve and more. They won't cross help setup etc. No responses for 2 days on help e.ails. no way to csll and reschedule a person. Finally got chst person who is walking through deleting this mess. Avoid cart.com and selleractivr and datsfeed watch.

SellerActive is essential for our business success with multi-channel management. We use inventory, order, and repricing management and have had a great experience so far. They recently added a Shopify publishing feature that we began using recently and the tool works great for transferring our listings from other marketplaces to our Shopify store. We highly recommend using Cart.com x SellerActive!

We found SellerActive back in 2016. We were looking for a solution to inventory issues across multiple marketplaces and we needed help with repricing that was consuming our daily lives. We looked into other companies, but they all wanted a percentage of the sales that we already had achieved on our own. That's when we found Daniel at SellerActive and to this day they have been our partner. Whenever we have an issue, they don't make excuses, they fix them. We would highly recommend their services.

Overall the solution works well for sellers that are on multiple marketplaces and need inventory aggregated so not to oversell. We also find the most value from this software for using the bundle feature to uniquely merchandise our products. The software isn't perfect, however the customer support that I receive from Steve and Daniel is second to none, and coming from a background of being an integration specialist this is hard to come by, so where the program may lack, the service makes up for in my opinion. We currently sell on all major marketplaces and have found great value in the program.

Our catalog has tens of thousands of SKUs and we sell over multiple marketplaces. SellerActive is essential for pricing, managing inventory and tracking orders for all of them. We spend all day, every day in this app. It keeps track up-to-the-minute on sales and inventory. Since transitioning to this app more than a year ago we have streamlined our operations and improved our efficiency thanks to SellerActive. Support has been great, setup and training top notch.
