I’m not satisfied with the Accounts/Billing department — their response and issue resolution times are too slow. Customer support (outside of billing/accounts) has been helpful and knowledgeable on several occasions, which I appreciate. However, it’s very difficult to run an online business when account access is suddenly restricted without any prior notice or communication regarding a due payment. Proper and timely notifications are essential to avoid such disruptions. Today I sent cancellation request when i saw multiple charges on my credit card. Extra payment must be returned back as account was blocked for few days.
Got scammed into this by a csrt.com sign up. There is no real csrt.com. and when you sign up you end up with datafeedwstch, amerricommerce, sellerscruve and more. They won't cross help setup etc. No responses for 2 days on help e.ails. no way to csll and reschedule a person. Finally got chst person who is walking through deleting this mess. Avoid cart.com and selleractivr and datsfeed watch.

We found SellerActive back in 2016. We were looking for a solution to inventory issues across multiple marketplaces and we needed help with repricing that was consuming our daily lives. We looked into other companies, but they all wanted a percentage of the sales that we already had achieved on our own. That's when we found Daniel at SellerActive and to this day they have been our partner. Whenever we have an issue, they don't make excuses, they fix them. We would highly recommend their services.
Overall the solution works well for sellers that are on multiple marketplaces and need inventory aggregated so not to oversell. We also find the most value from this software for using the bundle feature to uniquely merchandise our products. The software isn't perfect, however the customer support that I receive from Steve and Daniel is second to none, and coming from a background of being an integration specialist this is hard to come by, so where the program may lack, the service makes up for in my opinion. We currently sell on all major marketplaces and have found great value in the program.
SellerActive has been a critical component of our supply chain. Without their services would would not be able to easily coordinate our inventory across platforms and update shipping across logistics services.
