Incredibly frustrating. I’ve been using this app for over two years, and it’s so close to being genuinely useful, but it’s riddled with bugs and inaccurate reporting. Over the past two months, these issues have escalated significantly, with marketing costs from Meta being imported incorrectly, resulting in unreliable data. I’ve spent countless hours trying to resolve this with their almost non-existent customer support. I’ve been dealing with someone named George, who repeatedly promised fixes but mainly responded with what appeared to be AI-generated replies. Two months later, nothing has been fixed. This is one of the worst customer support experiences I’ve ever had. The issues remain unresolved, and the app continues to deliver incorrect data, which is unacceptable for a business-critical tool. If I had the choice again, I would not choose this app. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, since Sellerboard now holds over two years of our historical data, switching comes with a very high cost for us.
