1 star is too much. DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE. Unless you want your business ruined. Nothing works, be prepared to lose inventory, multiple new problems every week. Multi-channel solutions are a beta at best and be prepared to pay for them to mess up your entire business. Shopify does not work, walmart does not work, ebay be prepared for listings to be deleted, inventory to update to zero randomly, templates do not work. Duplicate listings, pricing to randomly go to zero or $999.99, policy violations galore. Customer service tickets take weeks to be addressed and even then no fix. Customer service takes 3-4 days just to respond. Be prepared to be blamed for every problem as their go to is to blame the user. Stay away and use something else. These people dont care. Company is not based in Texas, complete lie. They are in India and you will not get any type of decent customer service during our normal business hours.

They Deleted our listings, caused us a $10000 loss and left our website in havoc. They don't own their mistakes instead they blamed us for their incompetence. Zero Seller Support and pathetic customer service!

If you’re a Shopify business looking for a streamlined, reliable partner, avoid SellerChamp. Their platform repeatedly failed to integrate properly, and promised “all-in-one” support turned into a cycle of delays, excuses, and empty promises that impacted our sales significantly. We saw our listings plagued with errors across platforms, requiring constant oversight that drained our time and resources. Weekly calls with their team included promises of compensation and resolution, but neither materialized. On top of it all, basic services, like transparent billing through Easypost, were subpar, making it difficult to audit unexpected charges. SellerChamp fell drastically short of supporting our Shopify business and cost us momentum at a critical growth phase. Look elsewhere for a partner who delivers as promised and genuinely supports your Shopify business needs.
