Fui muito bem atendido no chat deles eles antes de mais querem saber mais sobre voce do que qualquer outra coisa. E o que eles podem fazer para que voce fique com eles. Acho isso fenomenal pq o caminho certo e focar na pessoa e nao na venda, eu com certeza quando tiver mais engajado vou votar para eles.

I've been using this app to manage digital downloads and license delivery on my Shopify store, and it’s great!. It's straightforward to use and handles everything smoothly, from sending files to managing licenses. But what really impressed me is the support from the developer – whenever I've had a question or needed help, they've responed quickly and have been incredibly helpful. It's rare to find such great support these days.

Tech Support was there for our business starting up right when we needed them. Support responding well to our needs even when we havent had to reach out too often to them. Custom download code included works great as intended for managing items containing digital orders. Excellent price for all the file storage included! :)
