I've been using this app to manage digital downloads and license delivery on my Shopify store, and it’s great!. It's straightforward to use and handles everything smoothly, from sending files to managing licenses. But what really impressed me is the support from the developer – whenever I've had a question or needed help, they've responed quickly and have been incredibly helpful. It's rare to find such great support these days.

Tech Support was there for our business starting up right when we needed them. Support responding well to our needs even when we havent had to reach out too often to them. Custom download code included works great as intended for managing items containing digital orders. Excellent price for all the file storage included! :)

Able to fulfill multiple digital SKUs in a single order and give clear distinction between which product each code is associated to. Great support if any questions need to be answered!

what could i say ... this app get the jop done it has every idea you could think about it and much more selling codes - files - images - pdf - etc anything and also there is more ideas like selling preorders for downloads this guy is a genius and i highly recommend using this app thank you

After a few emails, I had a meeting with the app developer Shriniket and we had such a wonderful call. He went through point by point on what customization will be needed for my specific store and he very clearly explained what will need to be done etc. The app provides really clear and wonderful UI designs. Using the app is also incredibly easy and because my store has a lot of products (700+ currently), adding them will be much less time consuming than any other option I found. In conclusion, I can only recommend this app and definitely deserves 5 stars.

Support this company! Great price and excellent solution. This was one of the best (and nicest) technical support processes that I have experienced. Something went wrong (on my side it seems) with my file delivery and I was able to jump on a call with the people behind this app within minutes and get it resolved. Really nice company with a great priced solution and well thought out workflow. Thank you!
