This app and its developers have impressed me a lot! I run a very complex store for collectors, with proprietary programs that often make adding apps a challenge. We had run a different sale scheduling app for a few years, and it was fine, but its functionality was very simple: You either put a $ off or a % off, and that's it. There was also nothing to get customers' attention, showing them an item was on sale. We decided to give Selly a try instead, and wow, we never knew what we were missing! The folks who built this app seem to have thought of EVERYTHING! You can do simple sales or you can offer one item at a discount when they buy another, or you can bundle items together for one bargain price. You can give customers a special offer when they order a minimum dollar amount or item quantity... Things we'd never even thought of before! Plus, it will place a little sale banner on items that are on sale (if you want it to) on your collection page to attract customers' attention, and even give them a supporting message on the item's screen. All of this is great, but none of it is very helpful if you can't schedule your sale ahead of time... And with Selly, we can! Leading up to Black Friday, we put one item on sale each day for a single day only, like a series of flash sales. Selly can handle that, and we didn't have to go in each day to turn a sale on or off... We can schedule them all at once ahead of time, and they'll pop on and off according to the dates we set. THAT is worth the price of admission, folks. The rest of the bells and whistles are amazing, but that's the real meat and potatoes, right there. Along with having made a great app, the tech support has been outstanding. As I mentioned, we run some programs that can easily interfere with things, so I always have to ask questions ahead of time, test, and then usually find work-arounds. Every time I asked them a question about what I considered a weird scenario, they already had a way to handle it built right into the app. They were even able to tell me how to run an "unadvertised sale," where the sale price doesn't show until an item is added to a cart. That opens a whole new opportunity for us, as we have one vendor who enforces Minimum Advertised Pricing (but allows unadvertised sales). We were never able to do this before. Sorry to go on and on, but we're very excited about this app. We ran a three-day flash sale to test it, and it brought it quite a few orders for items that had been slow movers. Customers emailed to say they loved the banners on the items and the "bundles" we created. Selly is a winner!
