I’ve been really impressed with Shopify Sender Integration! Setting everything up was a breeze, and on the sender backend automation functionality really helped with sending emails without any manual action. I did hit a small snag when setting it up, but Support section was helpful. I can’t recommend Sender enough!

Sender.net is a fantastic solution for my Shopify store because it's a very simple and affordable way to get started with e-commerce email marketing. The app seamlessly syncs with my store, allowing me to build targeted email lists and set up automated campaigns like abandoned cart reminders and welcome sequences without any technical hassle. The free plan is incredibly generous, providing a great starting point for small businesses and new stores. I appreciate that I can set up these essential automations and engage with customers immediately. Michael at customer support has also been a major highlight, but the whole team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful. The drag-and-drop editor is easy to use for creating basic promotional emails and newsletters.

Varios problemas desde el principio. La atención al cliente es prácticamente nula, cuando he podido hablar con Verónica, muy bien todo. Pero hubo problemas con el servicio externo que tienen y nunca puede recibir respuesta, porque les devolvían los emails. Para evitar algunos problemas, que los problemas eran varios, al principio. Hay que activar la app en el tema de la tienda, si no lo hacen probablemente tengas los siguientes problemas: suscriptores antiguos que no aparecían suscritos y hay que hacerlo a mano, suscriptores nuevos que no se suscriben automáticamente y tendrás que volver a hacerlo manualmente. Así que esta parte se solucionó activando la App en el tema de la tienda. Y el fallo grave de verdad, por lo menos en España, es que enviando campañas de email a suscriptores, intenté darme de baja con un email de prueba que tenía entre los emails de la campaña, llegué hasta el final y todo parecía correcto de cara al cliente. Te decía que te habías dado de baja correctamente. Pero al comprobar la lista de suscriptores, seguía ahí y con la suscripción en activo. Me puse en contacto, abrieron una incidencia nueva y tras varios días de espera y ni una respuesta (por el problema que mencioné antes). Decidí desinstalar. Se han puesto en contacto conmigo y están intentando solucionarlo pero el GDPR en la UE me impide usar la app si quiero evitar problemas legales. Por lo demás la app me pareció sencilla y fácil de usar. Por eso, cambio mi reseña y le doy 3 estrellas.

Just got SENDER for my site and I would have been totally lost but thanks to Lucas, he got me all setup and running really fast! I've created my first form in under 5 minutes and it's on my site already! Loving SENDER already, thanks again Lucas for the awesome help!

Very good email Marketing tool! I have used several and this is the best by far as it's very affordable : the free plan lets you build up your list and has enough features to send great campaigns. Setting the app up is very straightforward. I had a couple of questions regarding some features and the support team was very responsive (Skylar was a big help!).
