Updated: we spoke with the merchant and believe we were able to find a really good solution. Updated: I am not seeing an email in support. Can you please email [email protected] and say "route to leadership team"? They will get you sorted wrt transition. The SendOwl team sent two (2) prior emails regarding the pricing change, including the CEO who reached out personally to see how SendOwl could help through this transition, which is not noted here in your review but we think important context. We also know our new pricing does not work for all our merchants on legacy plans, and we will support all merchants through a transition if needed. For most users, SendOwl is just as cost effective even after the change. We have valued your business greatly, and are sorry our new pricing does not work for you moving forward. We wish you the best.
