my plan has gone from £24 to £249. I speak to the customer service and its absolute madness. £200+ to sell a few ebooks. Trying to pull the wool over your eyes in price increases.

Just want to be fully transparent: we’ve sent 5+ verified email communications (including a personal outreach from our CEO), along with in-app notifications, so it’s certainly not the case that we were trying to pull the wool over anyone’s eyes. I also personally reviewed your ticket, and I can say our support team put real care and effort into respectful responses throughout—which did not receive a reply before this review was posted publicly instead. That’s obviously your choice, but we always prefer to work through concerns directly and constructively. Either way, we sincerely wish you all the best going forward and appreciate the time you spent with us.
