Hi, we chatted our support emails (Shopify Support was also included in the emails) and the charges are not from SendOwl. They are for "Hosting and information technology (IT) infrastructure provisioning services". Again, the charges are from another service. You were NOT charged by SendOwl. Regards, SendOwl.
