AVOID - DO NOT INSTALL - THIS IS A TERRIBLE APP. I never leave bad reviews but on this occasion, I need to warn everyone about the sheer unprofessionalism, and HARM that this app has directly caused my business. I installed Sendvio to create a launch email campaign for my business. I sent a massive amount of time creating a 'launch email' - testing every part, making sure the entire thing represented my brand correctly etc. I then scheduled the email for my launch day (I have screenshots and multiple proof that this was scheduled correctly). Instead of going by the schedule date (26th Dec), Sendvio decided to send it TODAY (23rd Dec). This makes me look stupid, incompetent, and like a joke to the subscribers that I have worked SO hard on building pre-launch. My email talks about launch day, it directs customers to a website that isn't even live yet, and it has gone live before I am ready. This app has single handedly RUINED my launch. AVOID.
