Great app to easily add SEO texts and amazing support!

This app worked for maybe the first week I had it on my store. After doing a theme update, it no longer works at all. I've reached out to support several times and they are extremely slow to respond (and in some cases haven't responded at all). Even after adding them to my store a few days ago, they have no update or explanation for why the app isn't working. This app has also pretty significantly slowed my store down. If I had seen a review like this, I would have thought twice about installing it. Save yourself the headache, this app is not worth it.
Dear Melomys, For a quick response, we even have a LIVE chat feature inside the app. We tried to check your store and noticed that not only do we lack access to your website, but we also saw that you uninstalled our app. In this case, how can we assist you? If you review our other comments regarding our app, you will see how efficiently we solve our customers' problems. We are ready to help you now, but to do so, we need access to your store. There are thousands of themes, and it's possible that one or two themes might not be compatible with our app. However, we not only connect to our clients' stores but also fix other problems they may encounter because we are experts in Shopify. When we come across issues on our clients' sites, we promptly address them. How can we assist someone if we are not allowed access? Just installed the app, because my theme does not have the option to add seo texts at the bottom of a product page. After testing it I saw that my text was not alligned correctly, so I tried the live-chat button in the app. After 2 minutes Artur replied that he could help. He asked permission to access the app in shopify and solved the problem in 10 minutes total. Very happy with the help and the app. If you have doubt. Just use the 9 day trial and ask support for help. Having extra seo texts will definitly earn the few dollars the app is costing back.
