Installed, clicked sync button, it said it was working on it but it would take a while, its been a week and nothing has changed.

I installed the app, and at first, it worked fine, although there were occasional issues that usually resolved themselves within 24 hours. However, for the past 15 days, the app has completely stopped working. I contacted support, and they replied with a vague message saying they were having API issues and asked me to be patient. After a week, I followed up, but I received no response. The app could be useful, but with such poor and unprofessional support, it becomes unreliable. Not recommended!

I like this app... I have used it for a couple years. Pretty much set it and forget it, unless I want newly uploaded images done a.s.a.p. and then it's just a couple keystrokes. Thanks!

After messing with this app for days, and messaging the support with no response, I've decided to uninstall this app. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this app for stores with large catalogues. I have 5000+ images I need to bulk edit, yet this app hasn't optimized my alt text as advertised. There's no way to see how far along the app is in the "changes" it's making- if there are any in the first place, there's just a vague message saying, "this could take a few minutes or hours." After waiting, manually checking my images, and reaching out to customer service, still nothing. No confirmation email that anything is happening after waiting 48+ hours. It's a shame because I really thought this would be the app that finally has the solution I needed. *sigh* Guess I'll keep looking.

Install very quick did a good job putting alt text on over 4500 images.no will wait and hope it drives more sales
