Installed, clicked sync button, it said it was working on it but it would take a while, its been a week and nothing has changed.

After messing with this app for days, and messaging the support with no response, I've decided to uninstall this app. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this app for stores with large catalogues. I have 5000+ images I need to bulk edit, yet this app hasn't optimized my alt text as advertised. There's no way to see how far along the app is in the "changes" it's making- if there are any in the first place, there's just a vague message saying, "this could take a few minutes or hours." After waiting, manually checking my images, and reaching out to customer service, still nothing. No confirmation email that anything is happening after waiting 48+ hours. It's a shame because I really thought this would be the app that finally has the solution I needed. *sigh* Guess I'll keep looking.
We were able to initially use this program for our photos but when I've tried to do it for new photos over the past few months it doesn't work. I wrote them an email for support a few weeks back but no one ever replied.
If you have a lot of products and you already have started doing Image Alt Text DO NOT install this app. It will cost you a lot of hours of work and sink any SEO work you have done. This is the biggest regret I have with our store. Don't make the same mistake.
Thank you for your honest review. We appreciate your feedback. Our app has handled 2000+ merchants' large product catalogs easily. Our app calculates and lets you choose the option between optimizing "All Images Alt Texts" or "Without Alt Text Image". We are clearly providing a sample output which will be as output once operations are done! Due to the API calls limit by Shopify, we've clearly mentioned that this will take time but we never see any merchant facing any issues. Can you please let us know about your catalog size and what operations you made which caused the sink of SEO so our team can check and assist you as much as we can?
