Very simple app. Don't need to learn this app. Very simple view and you can perform actions very easliy. Took hardly 20 secs for the alt text process. Thumbs up!
The only app handling the alt text properly.
Installed, clicked sync button, it said it was working on it but it would take a while, its been a week and nothing has changed.

I like this app... I have used it for a couple years. Pretty much set it and forget it, unless I want newly uploaded images done a.s.a.p. and then it's just a couple keystrokes. Thanks!
After messing with this app for days, and messaging the support with no response, I've decided to uninstall this app. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this app for stores with large catalogues. I have 5000+ images I need to bulk edit, yet this app hasn't optimized my alt text as advertised. There's no way to see how far along the app is in the "changes" it's making- if there are any in the first place, there's just a vague message saying, "this could take a few minutes or hours." After waiting, manually checking my images, and reaching out to customer service, still nothing. No confirmation email that anything is happening after waiting 48+ hours. It's a shame because I really thought this would be the app that finally has the solution I needed. *sigh* Guess I'll keep looking.
