The support team decided to challenge me on SEO and I was able to evidence that the support person's understanding was wrong and incredibly irritating to be so patronising when it wasn't even the reason why I was asking for support. So now, for everyone reading this - SEO King - if I delete your app do you delete everything done and optimised or is it left as is, but with us unable to change via your app. I want to remove your app, but I am worried that we are a slave to it. Does your app make a mess of people's site when removed?

Our app does NOT make a mess when removed, but you should turn off the JSONLD and 404 Errors options before removing.

This app is wicked good. Auto optimizes everything for me. Filenames, alt text, and so much more. Love it!

Great for watermarking and compressing photos. Wish there was a way to crop the first photo or edit photos after editing (via SEO King) without downloading another app (Swap Photos)

I love this app! Been using it for almost 2 years now! Does exactly as intended. It edit my photos extremely well and adds professionalism to my store!

Great app, we uses this app for three of our websites. The bulk edit works great for sites with large inventory sets. The application also allows for site map updates across multiple search engines. If you have structured your data well, the product meta title function works great as well as the images rename function and alt text structure for SEO. One of the best apps on the market today. Would highly recommend

I subscribed for the $7.99 per month plan. however i accidentally deleted the app. when i re-installed it back, my subscription was gone. I sent a request to their support to recover my subscription but i never received a reply.
Hi, we've messaged you several times about this sent to your gmail account. Please check your email account, or the in-app live chat history, and you'll see we've replied last week. We never go silent. If you don't hear back from us, its probably because you're having email issues, which is surprisingly common.

The app constantly crashes - about every 5 min or less - so I keep having to log back in to work. Otherwise it has some nice free features but it would be a whole lot more efficient if it didn't keep crashing.
Hi, I don't think you've reached out to our Live Chat support to explain the issue. We are unaware of any crashing issues. Can you please send some screenshots to us via chat or email, and explain how to reproduce the error you are having? If the error can be reproduced we will fix it within 24hrs.

This app it truly amazing and has saved me so much work. The continous improvemenets and innovations from the developers are fantastic. This is by far a must have app.
