claimed they were giving me a discount and charged me full price I cancel the app and they still charged me they claim they refunded me but still haven't located the money I found on shopify they say partially refunded but no credit on shopify nothing in my bank from them they just took my monies and im filing a claim with my bank

Cancellation of Paid Package: You mentioned that you canceled the package on July 19, but were charged again. The charge you noticed from July 4 to August 3 is normal, as it was within the billing cycle. However, these charges have already been refunded. We have attached a detailed record of all the refunds processed for your account through email. 3. Refund Not Received: We understand that you have not yet seen the refund reflected in your bank account. Our team recently spoke with Shopify customer service, and they confirmed that the refund has been processed successfully. We suggest reaching out to your bank to check on the status of the refund. Please note that it might take a few days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
