Its expensive! And it shows my unbroken links, working pages as 404 errors telling me to redirect. If i had set up automatic redirect woulf it have ruined my site?

However, this does not mean that it was a normal link when it was detected by the app. It may have been a 404 link at first, but then modified by yourself or somewhere else. Please take note that Shopify will not redirect normal links. The automatic redirection function only helps our users to redirect 404 links, and this will not affect the normal links of your website. When the app first finds a 404 link, it will check whether it is a 404 and will not continue to update it. However, this does not matter because Shopify will not redirect good links. Our users can ignore and delete them manually on the app itself.
