As explained, the invoice was generated after your free trial had ended. Since the invoice had already been created by Shopify, we were unable to modify or cancel it. We also let you know that once the invoice is paid, we can immediately issue a full refund from our side. Unfortunately, Shopify doesn’t allow app developers to refund unpaid invoices or edit invoices that have already been generated. Our goal has always been to resolve this for you, and we’re still happy to help. Please reply to our email, and we’ll process the refund as soon as the invoice is paid.
