Hi Elivera, that is not correct, unfortunately. We provide support within 24 hours on business days, except weekends and holidays. Time to time Google does not connect due to the change in Google API's. In this case, we configure the connection manually as we did for hundreds of our clients, we cannot see any support email from you so please get in touch first before leaving a false review.
