This app saved me!!! I was out of options. I tried every serial number delivery service available. I don't have the capital to use many of these options, and with the sudden high demand on my free plugin, I wasn't sure that I was going to get anything to work. I tried this one, and I could tell it was the only way forward for me, but I was having some trouble, as web design is not my thing. I didn't have anywhere to turn to. I figured I'd ask if the developer to assist me, and I didn't have any expectations, but I certainly didn't expect a hero! Unbelievable service, friendly, helpful, and an app that works! Everything needs to be like this!

At the time of writing this review, there is only one other review written on this. It does somewhat accurately describe the lack of a searching feature, but I find the one star review to be excessive since there is a workaround for searching that is a bit less intuitive, but still works okay. I found the functionality of this app to be solid. The UI is simple and intuitive. I will say that the docs and in-app tips have plenty of grammatical errors. That aside, I really enjoyed using it after using two other applications that didn't quite provide the right functionality. What sets this app apart from those other two is the ability to provide a list of Serial numbers in advance. When your customer purchases an item, a serial number can be automatically assigned the moment the order is made. This was critical for a specific use case we were exploring. If you are selling hardware that has preassigned serial numbers, you can also add the serial number after the order is placed. The flexibility in choosing to add serial numbers before or after the order placement was unique. If the search feature was added directly to the "My Serials" tab, an ability to import Serial Numbers via uploading a spreadsheet was added, and the grammar was cleaned up, I could give this app 5 stars. As it stands, still a solid 4 star app. Our exact needs have evolved at the moment so we won't be using this app for a while, but if we need to track serial numbers again, we will download this one again for sure. I still wanted to leave a review since I initially ignored this app due to its low review by another user.

I can't search serial numbers I spent 20 mins adding to the most recent orders as a test. Yes, they are there, but not searchable via the app , or the main search bar. Furthermore, there is a checkbox to make my employees enter a serial number upon fulfilment, but that does not work 415.341.2281 Kevin Graehl
