I can't search serial numbers I spent 20 mins adding to the most recent orders as a test. Yes, they are there, but not searchable via the app , or the main search bar. Furthermore, there is a checkbox to make my employees enter a serial number upon fulfilment, but that does not work 415.341.2281 Kevin Graehl
Dear Kevin, Thank you for bringing the issue with searching serial numbers to our attention. We take customer feedback seriously, and have since implemented a solution to this problem by adding the ability to search orders via serial numbers.
