Het dashboard van Service Points ziet er overzichtelijk en professioneel uit. Dat gaf mij in het begin vertrouwen om met ze samen te werken. In de praktijk viel het helaas flink tegen. Levertijden werden meerdere keren zonder duidelijke communicatie verlengd, soms met bijna 2 weken extra. Zeker in e-commerce is dat gewoon killing voor je business. Daarnaast zijn de prijzen naar mijn mening veel te hoog vergeleken met andere leveranciers in de markt, terwijl de service daar totaal niet naar is. Ook de communicatie vanuit de accountmanager/contactpersoon was erg teleurstellend. Afspraken werden niet nagekomen en je moet continu zelf achter dingen aan. Er wordt veel beloofd, maar in de praktijk komt daar weinig van terecht. Zonde, want het platform zelf heeft potentie. Als de service en communicatie net zo goed waren als het dashboard, had dit een heel ander verhaal kunnen zijn.

SP Lite is a clear and well-organized platform that brings structure and clarity, especially during busy sourcing periods. It makes finding and comparing suppliers much easier. The service and support are excellent, and the shared information is practical and valuable. A great platform for sourcing efficiently and professionally.

Amazing app! The interface is simple and very easy to use. The automated fulfillment system has made my workflow so much easier. Also, the support team is super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone in dropshipping!

Unfortunately, my experience has not been good and is far from what I expected. 1. They claim to offer 24/7 support, but today I had an issue from early morning and no one responded. I waited until 9 PM, and still no one showed up to help. 2. The app.sp-lite.com platform is extremely slow. 3. The store is linked, but no products are showing in the Products section. 4. The chat with support keeps loading loadg like for ever.
