A large part of our business is classes, eventually in-person, now 100% online. Servv staff are amazing and extremely responsive. They've helped me customize the calendar colors so that it is consistent with our branding. The ability to create events that automatically populate as a product within shopify and then can be grouped as a collection and displayed with images, is great. There are some things I'd love: like the ability to create a series of online events that are grouped together, the ability to have the class write-ups closer to the image/more centered. Every time I ask or suggest something the Servv team helps immediately, often letting me know these items are coming. I am thrilled with this app and know that it saves us a lot of time, not having to do all of the event creation and corollary set-up with zoom manually. I highly recommend.
