This is by far the best appointment and booking app on Shopify. The staff over at SERVV respond promptly and are very knowledgeable. They take your feedback and recommendations for improving the app very seriously. They wrote some custom code to facilitate the needs of my business. I will be sticking with this app for the foreseeable future. If you need a trusted booking and appointment app for your Shopify store, try this one before wasting your time and money with other apps.

So far I am loving this app! Mic was so kind to walk me through the app as well as answer my 75 million questions. I'm really thrilled about the functionality as well as the excellent customer service. I can see myself being with Servv for a long time coming. I highly recommend this app especially after spending a few months testing out some other more expensive experiences. This has way more capabilities.

Although I was finnaly unable to use the app for the specifics of my business. I got to use it and I can assess that it is a pretty robust development that would be very helpful for different small and medium size enterprise wanting to manage events (both online and offline). Got a very thorough customer services on its features with kind treatment. Given that my core business depends on a feature that ServvAI is yet to develop, I'm not gonna continue with the paid plan, but for sure I'm gonna keep an eye on it's further development because I strongly believe is going to be the best option once it matches my needs.

After a lot of looking this app works exactly as I need it to for online and in person events. The Servv team have been amazing in helping me get the app up and running, providing an online demo, answering my many, many questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend working with the servv team.

If you're looking to manage appointments, events and/or webinars through Shopify, The Servv App is hands-down the #1 easiest to use and most effective app to manage and use. There are tons of apps out there and by far this stands above the rest. Our shop uses the app for in person appointments, Zoom webinars and live events. It is versatile and easy to install on any page. Support is amazing and always ready. Questions are answered through a chat feature immediately. Servv makes managing online and in-person events super, super easy!

I am highly impressed with Servv’s customer support. I had many questions that were answered in a Zoom call with a walkthrough and demonstration of the Servv app features. I highly suggest shop owners to use this app because it has all the features our shop needs to set up appointments and keep them organized without any manual work.

I use Servv every single week to create in-person events which require individual tickets. Each time I've had a technical glitch, the team at Servv have been quick to support and repair it. The app works perfectly for my purposes and simplifies the ticket sales process for my business. The only thing I wish I could change would be the default European date formatting. I know what it means and don't mind it personally, but it confuses my clients so I have to manually change it with each event or any time we make an edit. Most recently, we added in the auto email reminder 24 hours in advance and that was a huge timesaver from sending manual reminders through Mail Chimp. Thank you for all the support!

I've never been so impressed with a customer service team! The Servv team built custom functionality for my site and have worked with me pretty much daily to ensure everything is working properly. I'm extremely grateful for them and cannot recommend this app enough!!!!!

Seriously super impressed with their customer support! Never before has any app Dev company scheduled a zoom call on the spot and fixed my issues in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommended! They also have a super-efficient booking app. They offer a lot of bang for buck.

so far as i've been testing it is working well - what i can say is the support through online chat is awesome! really helpful as i am not a techie at all - it seems to have good features for the price and perfect pay as you go while i build this business so less fixed monthly bills!!
