Our experience with Sesami has been excellent, and it has become an incredibly valuable solution for Vet Las Condes. It has helped us streamline and digitalize our booking process, gain much better visibility into our appointments, and improve the overall experience for both our team and our clients. We would also especially like to recognize Mariana, who has been our main point of contact throughout this process. She is always incredibly kind, approachable, and willing to help. Whenever we’ve had a question or faced an issue, she has been there to guide us and help find a solution quickly and clearly. Overall, we’re extremely happy with Sesami, both with the platform itself and the team behind it. It has made a real difference in how we manage our clinic and has given us the tools to continue improving and growing. We would definitely recommend it.

Easy set-up and very nice, customer friendly onboarding

I don’t know what I even did before downloading this app! It’s saved me so much time - takes a while to understand how everything works but the support team is so responsive and always willing to lend a hand - even when you only pay for the basic features. Very pleased and would highly recommend !
