Our experience with Sesami has been excellent, and it has become an incredibly valuable solution for Vet Las Condes. It has helped us streamline and digitalize our booking process, gain much better visibility into our appointments, and improve the overall experience for both our team and our clients. We would also especially like to recognize Mariana, who has been our main point of contact throughout this process. She is always incredibly kind, approachable, and willing to help. Whenever we’ve had a question or faced an issue, she has been there to guide us and help find a solution quickly and clearly. Overall, we’re extremely happy with Sesami, both with the platform itself and the team behind it. Easy set-up and very nice, customer friendly onboarding

I don’t know what I even did before downloading this app! It’s saved me so much time - takes a while to understand how everything works but the support team is so responsive and always willing to lend a hand - even when you only pay for the basic features. Very pleased and would highly recommend !

I was a little lost with the new version of the app at first, so I asked for customer service. Mariana was very pleasant to email back and forth with. She provided prompt answers with screenshots and step-by-step instructions. Solved my issue quickly, even though it was via email instead of a chat feature (which didn't matter; she responded as quickly as a chat conversation anyway). :)

Mariana provided incredible, over the top support with setup and tweaking our settings. Sesami is easy for my customers to use to book Lavender U-Pick appointments. I will definitely use PRO in 2027 as our business expands.

Absolutely horrendous support. I had been a loyal customer for years but the minute that you have any issue, you get a double booking, or no team member get assigned to your customer's order, or you do not have access to their admin portal and you immediately have to change availability - you will NOT receive ANY support. Running this app is akin to throwing your money in a pit. I will be changing to another app just not to deal with them anymore.

Great for my spa, I've made all my products into services and couldn't have set up my business without this app, the UI feels a little basic at times but the customers service is quick and so helpful even though I'm on their cheapest plan. I think over time this app will become even better and I'm excited to see where it goes.

Sesami is a fantastic booking system. Really pleased with the responsiveness of the team and their willingness to help. I am just a normal guy, not all too tech-savvy, running a one-man business, as a maths tutor in the North of England, and am very happy indeed that I chose to go with Sesami. Recommend to others like me!

I quickly jumped in a call with Jeannie to set up the integration with Klaviyo, she was extremely helpful and very quick to understand and resolve our issues.
