I’m mostly pleased with the booking app. The customer service support has been very helpful and followed up to make sure my issue was solved, which it was, after quite a bit of few back-and-forth emails.

I enjoyed the onboarding call; it was exceptionally helpful. Mariana made the integration seamless. I am keen to see the updates the app incorporates into its interface to enhance user-friendliness, especially for busy service professionals. I am glad to know that Shopify has this app on its platform. It adds another layer of convenience and accessibility to our workflow.

The Sesami development team is incredibly helpful when it comes to troubleshooting any issues. As someone who values prompt support, this is very important to me. However, I must note that Sesami does not offer SMS notifications for certain countries. This is a significant drawback for many businesses, as it can lead to a high number of no-show customers. Nonetheless, the Sesami team has assured me that they will work to resolve this issue. If they are successful, I will be pleased to give them a five-star rating, as this is the only feature I am currently missing.

The CX Manager Leonardo was very helpful and informative. Unfortunately, this app does not fit my business. It does not allow me to set a blocked time for my classes. For example, the classes run every second Saturday for three weeks. This app will only allow those interested in attending a class to sign up and pay each week and not sign up and pay once for the series of classes. So, the stars go to the professionalism of the CX Manager who went above and beyond trying to assist.

Enjoy the app, wish the free version allowed at least 2 team members. Otherwise it is easy to use, and navigate and our clients seem to enjoy.

Its only free for one service and I need a free app that is free for multiple services. I haven't met any business owner who liked this app. Update: they did call me to help me find alternate ap that would work better for my company. They are friendly and very helpful.

I evaluated a number of scheduling apps and in the end Sesami had the best customer service and instructions. I'm still getting my head around the app but so far it's meets most of my needs.

I love this app! Easy to use, integrates well and helps automate all scheduling. I do wish you could set up automated emails along with the initial appointment email which is why I give 4 stars not 5.

Not the most technical person so I stumbled upon a few problems/questions which were all swiftly solved by Aymane on their support team. Haven't used the app for too long but if it works as well as their customer service, then the future with Sesami seems bright!

I used this app to help my clients book one on one dance sessions with me. I was able to set up my team and their available calendars with ease. The only problem I encountered was on my actual website. The ‘Select Date and Time’ button was not visible (it was the same color as my background, giving me a bunch of sessions with no dates booked. I reached out to the Sesami customer service chat and was connected with Mariana who responded quickly in letting me know what the problem was and how to fix it. She sent it to the Technical Team to have the color changed. She informed me that it would take up to five business days to complete. I ended up heading back from Mariana hours later, letting me know that it had fixed and should be active on my site. Which it is. I am giving this app four stars, because I think that it would be nice if we were giving the opportunity to select colors on our own. But customer service is pretty quick, so it’s not a hassle. Overall, the entire process of speaking to customer service was very easy and user friendly. Thank you :-)

I wish we could use this app, it is very clean and simple to use. For anyone doing single-day appointments, this looks like a winner. Here's why we are unable to use this app: Sesami does not seem to allow for multi-day courses to be scheduled. We offer DIY fishing rod building classes and the classes span 2-3 sessions over 2-3 days. Additionally, we need the ability to only show available booking dates rather than a big calendar with sparsely-placed classes (these classes are on the order of once a month). Thanks for considering these features in the future, we would love to revisit Sesami!
