This app exactly met our needs and performed very well! We started as an ebike rental business only and needed to collect payment for our ebike test rides in a very user-friendly and cost-effective way, while also letting us retain our website SEO (rather than using a third-party scheduling platform). The support team was always very responsive and helpful. Our business has grown and we are now focused full-time on carrying and selling ebikes from multiple ebike brands. As such, we no longer charge for our ebike-test rides and no longer require this app. We are very thankful for the Sesami team for all of their support and highly reccomend it!!

We implemented Sesami 1 year ago this month alongside our Shopify. It's been a great platform for managing our multiple daily class bookings. They have evolved and improved their offerings since we signed on, and as our business and needs have evolved, Sesami's team has been helpful and responsive to troubleshooting any issues or listening and implementing feedback we've given.

I am not very tech-savvy and don't know how things work. I downloaded this scheduling app hoping it would do what I need it to do on my website. The staff (Mariana and Leo) were incredible! So patient, helpful, thorough, and always positive! I really loved the experience. They guided me in the process of adjusting the scheduling app just as I wanted it and were happy to jump on a video call to talk things over just so I was happy with the setup. Highly recommend!

Sesami allows us to have the booking dashboard within the website, without redirecting the user to another URL. There might be prettier interfaces for the users, but this is a very, very important feature. Great, great customer service!

So far this app has been exactly what we're looking for. Simple, easy to use, intuitive, multitude ability to customize even with the lower tier subscription, and integrated with Shopify POS. The team behind it is very helpful and responsive. Shout out to Mariana & Jeanny! Update to my review: The app is now live in our site and everything is going quite smoothly. The Sesami team has been extremely helpful in assisting us with the Sesami Flows coding. Could not do it without their guidance. Definitely feeling like a gold client!

I was so confused downloading this app because I'm new to Shopify. However I was able to schedule a meeting with a team member and they put me on the right path on how to add my services. The team member was so knowledgeable and actually stayed online with me and help me set up my services. This made me so happy! I am super excited to use Sesami for my scheduling services.
