Great customer service and fast customization, specific to our needs. We starting using this app since we added in-store appointments while our shop is operating at limited capacity due to COVID.

Mariana has been the most help in trying to correct a constant error. She was helpful, swift and knowledgeable, I am very very impressed by the options and updates the team gave my store THANK YOU

Absolutely fantastic support, we encountered an issue on our end when setting everything up and the tech team at Sesami created a video tutorial to walk us through our specialized requirements. The app works perfectly for us and love the interface. One piece of advise from the consumer end would be to change the advertising video as this nearly turned us off of the product.

I easily installed the app but had trouble getting the calendar to show on my product page. The customer support was super helpful and now, the app is running on the site. It took me a little while to figure out the back end of the app--where things are located is not super intuitive--but now that I get it, it's easy to change.

This app is simple to use and works a treat. The instructions could do with a bit of work, but the support was excellent so we were up and running with Private Shopping Appointments for our physical store, The Old School Beauly, in no time. We sell footwear, not services. But we're using this app for customers to make appointments to shop, one on one in a safe space, during the pandemic. It's working well for this purpose, even though it's not exactly what the app was designed for. Installation was straightforward and support was good. The appointments cost $0.00 and the customer has to click pay, a little awkward but it's working and we're happy with it.

Very informative setup and fairly straightforward. Have yet to fully test it. The only thing is it processes an order each time an appointment is booked which is slightly confusing amongst all my products being sold too. It's great how it syncs to my Google calendar and books off the times I have booked in my calendar already.

We are using Sesami for scheduling private appointments at the shop just to test it. We'll be adding classes in the fall. There was a glitch while installing due to the custom theme we're using but they resolved it within 12 hours of receiving the email. They also provided detailed instructions on a video so that I could understand what happened, and how the problem was resolved.

This app was great for scheduling customer shopping appointments during our first phase of reopening after COVID. It was easy to use, quick to setup & worked great for what we needed. We were very happy with the app & would recommend to other stores looking for a scheduling tool.
