Wunderbar, läuft alles flüssig. Support ist 1A, bei Fragen erhält man schnell eine Antwort und das Entwicklerteam hilft einem immer weiter. Love it!

The integration works well, 4 Stars! - A better documentation (video tutorial?) for the initial setup would increase my rating to 5 stars. If SevDesk works for you and you're already a customer, this integration will be perfect for you. WHY 3 STARS?? - SevDesk not growth-ready! Regretfully SevDesk won't grow with your company. No matter ow good the integration is: If SevDesk can't handle your order volume, don't bother trying it. My tip: Contact SevDesk before you start using this integration and ask what monthly order volume they can handle. Maybe they have improved since my experience. EXTRA WARNING: Terrible knowledge from SevDesk's support about the integration. They have no clue about how this integration should work and can't contact me with anyone in the team who can help with this as it's an external company that built the connector. It took me too long to get the integration working in the first place.

Really good idea and it is working. Not bad but not perfect. However, to be perfect, the app would need this functionality: - Multilanguage support for invoices (at the moment just German is supported) The app should use the language tag from Shopify and automatically use the correct language template for invoices. As we have many languages in Europe and English is a must to sell outside Germany, Austria and Switzerland this feature is in my opinion really important. Other apps already offer this but not a seamless integration with Sevdesk. Also please add a better FAQ Section or HELP Section and go a bit deeper in detail. Functionality is good and stable but I am missing the details.

There are 3 partys involved: Shopify, Eshop Guide who is responsible for the integration and The SevDesk Web-App itself. While there was an issue with the setup of our SevDesk and SevDesk phone support wasn´t 100% supportive the Integration Team of Eshop Guide jumped onboard and was able to support us until the integration was running flawless. 5 Stars for the integration process of SevDesk.

Super App! Das erleichtert und automatisiert Rechnungsstellung an den Kunden sowie Buchhaltung/ Vorbereitung für den Steuerberater. Absolute Empfehlung! :)

Wir nutzen sevDesk seit ca. 6 Monaten. Die Handhabung ist wirklich echt easy und besonders gut ist der schnelle Support wenn mal Fragen aufkommen. Wir werden unser Abonnement auch noch upgraden um die Inventar Funktionen nutzen zu können. Weiter so!
