Thanks for your feedback, and sorry to hear the app didn’t work as expected for you. We’ve processed millions of orders through the app, and for stores on the Professional plan using custom translations, we typically see around a 15% opt-in rate for Google Customer Reviews. So when the setup is complete, the opt-in flow is generally working reliably across stores. Most cases where it appears not to work are related to the checkout extension not being added to the Thank You page, test orders without a shipping address/email, or simply no customers opting in yet (the default opt-in rate without custom messaging is usually around 1–2%). Gratis version giver ikke mange muligheder for at se om den faktisk kan bruges til noget. Derfor ser jeg efter et tilsvarende produkt med bedre test og prøve periode.

Just to clarify how the plans work: The free version includes all core functionality of Google Customer Reviews — the full opt-in flow, Thank You page integration, and connection to Google Merchant Center. The paid plans add extra features such as custom translations, advanced analytics, an announcement banner, and higher monthly order limits, but they don’t change how the core system works. Sometimes it can take a bit of time for results to appear, since Google only records real customer opt-ins and their reporting can be delayed.
