We’ve processed millions of orders through the app, and for stores on the Professional plan using custom translations, we typically see around a 15% opt-in rate for Google Customer Reviews. So when the setup is complete, the opt-in flow is generally working reliably across stores. Most cases where it appears not to work are related to the checkout extension not being added to the Thank You page, test orders without a shipping address/email, or simply no customers opting in yet (the default opt-in rate without custom messaging is usually around 1–2%).
