Core feature broken — development team has missed multiple deadlines The "apply to all" bulk watermark feature does not work reliably. It reports success but only applies watermarks to some products, not all, and still consumes credits for the ones it misses. This has now happened 3 times — twice on my own and once when the support team attempted it themselves. Support agent Tacey has been communicative and responsive, but the development team has missed every deadline given. I was told the issue would be resolved within 10 hours — that deadline passed. I was then told it would be fixed by Monday — it is now Tuesday their time and nothing has changed, no update provided. Total credits lost: 474+. Many products still unprotected. I want this app to work — I paid for it and I need it. But until the development team actually fixes the "apply to all" functionality, I cannot recommend it for stores with large catalogs.

It is ok. It works fine. I can't use it beceause I just need to watermark a single collection. With this app you can't filter products on collection or tags. You only can select all products or select select separately from the whole productlist.

This app is excellent, and I really like it. Ill subscribe to a plan which again has a wonderful feature of buying credits as required rather than any fixed payments. I'd recommend the app to anyone wanting to place a watermark on their image. The only thing I request is that in the history segment there should be an option to 'see' which image was watermarked.

This app is easy to use, and does exactly what it says. I see others posting that the image watermark does not work... but I found that using a .WEBP image with transparent background works just fine. You can see our watermarks at https://allsportsystems.shop. Payment terms are also very fair: you pay per use rather than a monthly subscription ad infinitum. Good support too. I highly recommend Bulk Watermark!
