The reviews for this Shopify app are mixed, with a common theme of issues with syncing data and poor customer support. Many users experienced problems with the app getting stuck in syncing mode, leading to frustration and delays in using the service. We installed this app in August, and it worked well for a few months, but by January, it stopped syncing with our connected sheet. We reached out multiple times, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and only received one reply in January. We didn’t hear back again until mid-March. In the meantime, we were charged multiple times for a service we couldn’t use. Those charges were eventually refunded after we escalated the issue to Shopify, which seems to be what finally prompted a response. It’s disappointing to see that other recent reviews reflect similar experiences. We’ve since moved on to a more reliable solution and wouldn’t recommend this app in its current state.
The customer services is poor, i tried contact in many ways, chat, email, type all the information and after 7 days we havent answers. We are pay 9 euros per month to nothing.
Like others here, the app is stuck in syncing mode. Reached out to support multiple times (tried over a few days) but my polite messages for help have been ignored and not responded to. Good app if it is working, but the support when it stops working is non-existent.
The App crashed mid-sync. Contacted the support team and they were able to fix it.
App is extremely disappointing. I've experienced constant issues with syncing data, and the customer support response time is unacceptably long. I would not recommend it.
