Comfy Tienda review for Sheets ‑ Data Connector

we have been using this app for more than 5 monthes in 7 sotores. 7 days ago one of the sotres STOPPED importing data to the googlesheet. I wrote messages, opened help tickets. I have not receive a solution. There are more than 1000 orders that we need to process because we use the data from Gsheets to make so many procedures. There is not answer.
