Shewin ‑ Dropshipping Supplier

Shewin has one of the worst customer support experiences I have ever encountered. The website/app clearly mentions that Shewin provides live chat support, and I was also assigned a personal agent, Ashley, to assist me with my orders, platform-related questions, and other issues. I received an order on Tuesday and contacted Ashley the same day because I needed help resolving an issue with the order. However, the response I received was extremely disappointing. On Wednesday, she sent me only one message saying, “Please connect with DS Lover,” along with a link. I clearly explained that this was not my query and that I needed help with a different issue. Since then, I have received no proper response or resolution. It is now Thursday, and I have been waiting for two days. My messages have been seen, and I can see that the agent is coming online, yet there has been no meaningful response or attempt to resolve my issue. This is especially frustrating because Shopify has strict timelines for fulfilling orders. I have already lost valuable time simply waiting for customer support to respond. I should not have to keep wondering when my assigned support agent will reply or whether my issue will ever be resolved. Honestly, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. A personal account manager should actually provide support and resolve customer queries, not simply send an unrelated link and then stop responding. I am giving Shewin 1 star because of this experience. I sincerely request the founders, managers, and senior management at Shewin to seriously review the quality of their customer support. If an assigned personal manager is unable or unwilling to respond to customers in a timely manner, Shewin should reconsider how its support system is being managed. Very disappointing. Very frustrating. I expected much better from Shewin.

Overall my initial experience was a little difficult because I couldn't get my stores to correctly talk to each other allowing for customer purchases, but Rita (my rep) was extremely helpful and got everything ironed out and now I am good to go. I look forward with working with Shewin overall and feel confident that Rita will be able to help me navigate any issues that may arise.

I was searching for really good apps that I can use to sell products at reasonable prices and still make a profit. I downloaded and installed the app and tried to find suitable products. I was having some issues with the connection and Vera was able to help me, along with the support of their Tech team to resolve the issue. Within 24hrs the tech team and Vera was able to resolve the issue and I was able to sync and push the selected products to my store.
