Shift Win has become a crucial part of how we operate our team. It creates a self-service channel for our associates to track our up-to-date team goals and their stats. It's created healthy competition organically, which is team-building we couldn't recreate elsewhere. The interface is sleek and the tool is simple to administrate. It's a no-brainer if you want to introduce more transparency into your team and business. We highly recommend.
