chat tech support is horrible. apparently, you cant order samples of metal prints and canvas prints with your artwork on them. they just wont tell you. you will be in a chat session till your kids come for thanksgiving to visit you in an Assisted Living Facility. Sad... I set up all my art there, and had to find another vendor all because I could not see and touch what I would be selling to others.
