The ShineOn support team deserves special recognition, they're absolutely outstanding! The staff members are not only incredibly responsive but also highly knowledgeable and solution oriented. They are always available, professional, and genuinely committed to their partners' success.
The support team was wonderful. They quickly assessed the cause of the problem and kept me informed each step of the way. I had assumed it might take a couple days but within hours everything was running smoothly. ( and this was a weekend) They also checked in with me the next day to make sure I was satisfied.
