It's a great platform, the only issue I have is with the free marketing tools for your products, namely figuring out how to use the videos for Add Your Own Message Cards on a necklace. I wanted to make a creative for a message card necklace but don't know how or if it is possible to add my message card to it. I love that there are videos otherwise, but there's no descriptions on the files and no youtube tutorial for this side of Shineon.
