Sentiluxe review for ShineOn: Print On Demand

Extremely unreliable support. We’ve followed up 7+ times about an urgent issue with some orders that are affecting our payment gateways, yet for a week we’ve received the same generic reassurances with no concrete action from the so-called Leadership Team. Unfortunately, this has become a pattern over the past year. Urgent tickets get dragged out, requiring hours of repeated follow-ups with agents who seem unable to actually resolve anything. Extremely disappointing experience with ShineOn lately. Support should help sellers solve problems, not make us battle for days just to get an update.
