Nov 20, 2024 update - 1) While the developer claims to have contacted me, there is no option to chat with them on Shopify. Plus, we have not received a single email. 2) While the developer claims to have resolved my issues, the errors continue. 3) While the developer claims to have been waiting for store access, we gave it on Nov 14, while they logged into our store for the first time on Nov 20. Difficult to trust the developer even more after their response. ----------------------- Its been 6 days since I contacted the app developers regarding the number of errors I found on my website. The app developers have not responded to me once till now. There is no chat support, no email id where you can reach out to, nor any phone number for support. I installed the app on Nov 11, and was charged 15$ immediately. I should have been wary of the app from the fact that they have no free trial. They just want to make 15$ and vanish! Future users - Please be wary of this app. Please stay away!
