The tracking page was easy to get going and it actually looks decent, not like some generic template. Customers stopped asking me all the time where their orders were, which is a huge relief.

It took me about 15min to set up everything including Tracking Page and Delivery Notifications. After that, it just runs. I check it a couple of times a week but haven’t had issues so far.

Carrier detection works well. I don't always know which courier a supplier used and this figures it out automatically. Saves me having to look it up manually each time.
