ShipAid has proven to be a win-win for our customers and our business. We're able to offer a hassle-free delivery guarantee to all of our customers and it is funded by the revenue generated by ShipAid. Stefan has been extremely helpful in getting everything set up on our site and he continues to check in to make sure everything is working as we'd like. We had a few custom requests up front and the ShipAid team was more than accommodating. I'd highly recommend ShipAid to any business looking to provide the best possible shipping experience to their customers.

I would definitely recommend ShipAid insurance. It's really easy to set up and use. The model makes a lot of sense for us and allows us to delight our customers by replacing defrosted packages quickly and easily...without costing us. That's a win-win! Plus the customer service is amazing!

Processing and tracking claims was always a pain before working with Shipaid, but this app has offered much peace of mind. It's clear that our customers are feeling much more comfortable placing orders of higher value now that they know that things won't be gone for good if the order gets lost or damaged.

The app is great and seamless, and the team behind it is super supportive. Having your own managed package protection fund is the best way to go about this issue because you stay in charge of customer service. I highly recommend it.

Stefan was really helpful and informative as to why my business should use ShipAid. It helps make extra revenue and gives your customers a bit more peace of mind. The UI and app is super easy to use and is able to work alongside other third-party apps. My favourite thing about this app is it's pricing strategy which allows small businesses like mine to use it without charging exorbitant amounts

Se potessi dare 10 stelle le darei più che volentieri, premetto che odio dare recensioni e non lo faccio mai. Ma il servizio clienti e assistenza è in assoluto il migliore che io abbia mai provato. L'applicazione è veloce e il reparto tecnico la mette appunto per ogni esigenza del cliente. Posso dire di aver imparato come si fidelizza correttamente un cliente. Bravi veramente bravi e professionali.

Everything about this app is incredible. They offer outstanding customer support, a smooth integration and easy to use portal. To top it off, our revenue has increased significantly since we get to keep 90% of the insurance fees paid by our customers. There is nothing on the market like this, and I wish I had found them earlier!

ShipAid is a MUST if you sell products that are perishable or fragile or any other shipping variable that makes losses absolutely unacceptable. I needed help installing it and adjusting settings, and their customer service is amazing! A real person responded very quickly and helped get everything exactly as I need it for my Shopify store. In my experience, actually helpful online chat customer service is a rare thing! the app is easy to use app and offers what for me is a necessary service . It's a small price for the customer and a big win for everyone.
