I use this to ship from the US internationally with UPS. It does a much better job of integrating with UPS than Shopify Shipping, and makes filling out the commercial invoice much easier.

We have used this app for several years now and it has been very beneficial in saving us time printing shipping labels. Having this one app allows us to print labels to various shipping couriers for our customers worldwide. I'm also very appreciative to the quick English and Japanese support available as well.

ゆうパック・ゆうパケットの送り状作成に利用していますが、簡単に短時間で操作できるのでとても助かっています。ぜひ今後の改良として、ゆうパックの送り状がＡ4の1シートに上下2件分印刷できるようにしていただけるとありがたいです。期待しています！

We were manually buying labels from our UPS account which meant no automation for populating our customer data into the label buy, so a lot of hand entering which is always open to errors. ShipandCo had a perfect solution for us. Been a big sigh of relief for us.

We've been using Ship & Co since the beginning of the pandemic and we couldn't be happier. We ship directly from Japan and use the App to streamline our shipping and label creation for Fedex, DHL and Japan Post. Any small issues we've had over the last two years have been dealt with quickly and professionally. Highly reccomend.

We were using the official UPS website to print the label for years without any problem with a laser printer. After I started to use this App I could not use the laser print to UPS label anymore, and the "best" response I had from the customer service was that I should get a thermal printer. With UPS you are able to use a laser printer, I should be able to keep working even with this app. I cant use it to print the UPS label, so only use this app to EMS. it's really a shame since I pay and can only use half of the services UPDATE: Year 2024 We were finally able to start printing the labels with the laser printer and using Chrome!

私は個人事業としてShopify、Amazon、Yahoo!ショッピングと連携して使用しています。もうすぐ楽天市場とも連携できるということで、それも使用する予定です。 ECサイトにも自動的に配送連携がされ機能的には不満はありません。 配送は主にゆうパックで使用していますすが、一括印刷の機能がとても便利です。

初期投資が必要なく、使用に応じた分だけ料金がかかる体制がとても便利。シーズンによって出荷量が激しく上下するため、安心して使えます。 改善して欲しい点は、mac環境safariブラウザで利用していますが、送り状データをPDFで開く際にadobe readerを推奨され、デフォルト設定にしていない場合はインストールしていてもポップアップを複数回開かないと印刷できない。adobe readerではなく、macのプレビューにも対応してもらいたい。

海外配送向けに始めましたが、国内配送にも今後使用していけたらと思います。 システム的に分からない事があった際、ヘルプセンターへ連絡し問い合わせたのですが対応が迅速で、親切でもありとても助かりました。 ここまでしっかりヘルプに対して対応してくれる所はないと思うので、安心してこれからも利用させていただきます。

有機栽培の食品販売と、フードバンクというボランティア活動用食品(基本無料)の流通を行うストアで、ともにヤマト運輸を利用しています。二つのストアで配送の料金体系が全く異なります。そのため、ヤマト運輸のB2クラウドには異なる顧客コードで接続する必要がありました。Ship&Coで実現できのか不安がありましたが、的確、迅速なメールサポートで簡単に送り状印刷が自動化できました。

反映されないということがあり困ってサポートに連絡したところ、サポートの方からの連絡が迅速で助かりました。 EC店舗での送付は大変ですが、注文数が少なくとも利用数での課金となるので、利用する側にはすごく助かります。

最初は何から始めればいいのか、アタフタしましたが、サポートに連絡したら、簡単なことから難解なことまで、日本語で丁寧にかつ迅速に教えてくれて、大変助かりました。 リクエストがあるとしたら、A4ラベルシートを印刷する際、2箇所分の発送伝票を上下2枚に配置して一回で印刷できるようになると、とてもありがたいです。

国内配送の日本郵便発送伝票作成のためにこのアプリを選びました。使い方も簡単で問い合わせなどへの対応もたいへん迅速でかつ良心的でした。いま、越境ECを準備中ですが、越境ECでも活躍してくれそうで期待しています。
