無料トライアルで試しています。管理画面はとても見やすく、操作感も上々です。まだ全機能を使ってはいませんが、現在のところ不満点はありません。また、問い合わせに対してはとても迅速かつ丁寧に対応してくれて助かりました。

Great support from the team when I needed it. Makes shipping and printing labels quick, saving my team time. I don't want to know how much paperwork Ship&Co went through to integrate with these local companies. Keep up the good work!

Highly recommended! This is a very powerful app with everything you need if you're shipping from Japan. You can integrate multiple carriers and the interface is clean and intuitive. Support docs are thorough and the onboarding support I received from Thomas was spectacular. Always prompt, polite and professional. Couldn't ask for more. I'll give 5 stars when they release v2 of the app with a couple new Shopify features and especially when they add the option to schedule carrier pickup directly from the app. This is a much needed feature that will save a lot of time and I know Ship&Co will make it happen. I'm a happy customer!

クリック１回でラベル＋インボイス発行終わり。簡単！今まで手入力でかかった人力費用も抑えつつ、人間より作業スピードも早くてすこく助かっています。ただ、権限の分割はまだできず、物流担当と販売担当間の情報漏れの危険は多少あり。

I have used at least five other apps which purport to integrate shippers with Shopify and have always been disappointed. Until now. Not only does this app give us an amazingly helpful dashboard showing destination country, selected shipping method and if there are customer notes, but it integrates seamlessly with the shippers we use (NinjaVan, DHL Express, DHL eCommerce and SF Express). We have two Shopify stores and a TradeGecko B2B eCommerce portal and this app pulls all our orders from the three stores so we can see them at a glance. Even if you didn't use it for generating shipping labels, it's the best dashboard I've used. Min and the team are so switched on, they don't tolerate bugs or inefficient process flows and they are so so quick to help with problems or incorporate feedback. This is my favourite Shopify app and I would pay a lot more for it than they charge us - it saves us HOURS of faffing around with csv files and significantly reduces our exposure to human error. Ship&Co. are going on my Christmas card list for sure.

納品書・送り状の生成がスムーズになり、業務効率化に役立っています。 特に海外発送分も同じ管理画面で一元管理できるので、受注確認〜発送連絡まで大幅に改善することができました。 窓口対応も早く助かっています。

【追記レビュー】 Shopifyスタンダード機能であるロケーション設定開始による自動フルフィルメントができないというエラーの件ですが、幾度となく改善を求めているのですが、一向に復旧される見込みなくにもかかわらず料金改定が行われており以前より高くなっています。これは通常のShopifyの持つ機能なので、これに対応ができていないのはかなり問題があると思います。至急改善を願いたいです。 【初期レビュー】 初期の頃は非常に勝手よく使っていたのですが、昨年の秋頃（2018）にShopifyの機能にロケーション設定が増えてから、自動フルフィルメントが行われなくなりました。この問題点を至急完全していただきたいと催促しているのですが、なかなか復旧していないのが現状（2019年2月）です。またこの問題が解決していないにもかかわらず、請求は常にプロパーで上がってくることも大きな問題の一つだと思っています。この問題がクリアーすれば五つ星は間違いないアプリです。
いつも弊社システムShip&coをご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。 以前より、複数ロケーション設定に未対応のため、ご不便をお掛けしておりましたが、本日(2020年6月19日)システムアップデートを行い、複数ロケーションに対応致しました。大変長らくお待たせし申し訳ございませんでした。 引き続き、Ship&coをどうぞ宜しくお願い致します。

Ship&Co様のシステムは、輸出書類の作成が不要である事や、英語が得意でくても日々の操作には影響がないという事より、誰もが安心して使える信頼できるシステムだと感じています。 日々、滞りなく安定した出荷をさせて頂いています。 ただ1点、エラー表示が、英語でかつすぐに消えてしまう為、どこに問題があったのかを確認する時に困ることがあります。 どこにエラーがあるのかが協調されるか、エラー表示が自然に消えなければより使いやすくなるなとも感じています。

Ship and coがなければ弊社のフルフィルメント作業は進まないと言っていいほど重要なアプリとなっています。 ラベル作成の機能はもちろんのこと、Shopifyとの連動性、透明性のある価格設定、サポートとどれも満足しています。

Ship&co is super useful and caters to all our store's needs! The customer support is also very quick, friendly, and reliable, and always answer to our concerns no matter how large or small. The only issues I have with the app are only minor set backs, and not anything that disrupts our operations too much. There is only one page of orders readily available on the top page, and any orders that would be on the 2nd page (or later) would have to be looked up manually via order number. Also, on Shopify the option to "Ship it with Ship&co" only automatically loads that order's page if the order can be found on the aforementioned top page of orders. If the order is located on the 2nd page or later, the order would have to be manually looked up. But despite those two set backs, Ship&co works wonderfully, and saves us on hours of work which we would have to handwrite each label. We look forward to working with and using Ship&co for a long time.

This app is an absolute must have. The time it saves in creating labels for different shippers has helped to reduce our shipping work by at least 30%, likely much more, since filling out paperwork for international shipments is incredibly tedious. このアプリは、国際郵便を使う販売者にとって絶対必要です。手間と時間がかかる国際郵便のラベルや関税告知書の作成が自動（しかも国に応じて）です。発送作業の時間は３割以上削減できたと思います。
